I bought this case back in 2020 to bring back wine and liquors back for family when I went on trips. It truly keeps the bottles safe as I lost it in Munich airport & took 3 weeks for the case to be returned to me. NOT A SINGLE BOTTLE WAS DAMAGED! Costumer Service is on point too. I needed the handle replaced & Jeff was able to get the part sent to me after sending him a few photos of the case. When my case was lost in Munich airport the photos I had emailed Jeff were helpful in being able to locate my winecruzer and of course the wine. Well worth the price!
